Ian WOOD received his Masters of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria in 2007. His research involved prototyping focal plane imaging arrays for the Square Kilometer Array Telescope and developing W band Antenna and IF amplifier test methodology for the Atacalma Large Millimeter Array Telescope.
After graduating, he joined CST as a Senior Application Engineer, specializing in the simulation of antennas. Currently, he works as a Senior Solutions Consultant for Dassault Systèmes Simulia, supporting electromagnetic simulation in aerospace and defense industries.
