John Maculley is a Global High-Tech Industry Strategy Consultant at Dassault Systèmes with over 20 years of experience advancing innovation across the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Based in Silicon Valley, he works with leading foundries, OSATs, design houses, and research institutes worldwide to accelerate technology co-optimization and strengthen ecosystem resilience.Previously, John held senior leadership roles at Micron Technology, including Global Director of Operational Excellence, where he drove enterprise-wide process transformation and digital innovation. Earlier in his career, he gained cross-industry experience at NASA, GE, and Boeing.John’s current work focuses on transforming semiconductor intellectual property into generative IP intelligence, using virtual twins and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to enable faster design cycles, supply chain robustness, and new business models in the generative AI economy. Smriti received her Doctoral (Ph.D) degree in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnolgy from INP Grenoble (France) in 2013. She joined Dassault Systèmes in Velizy, France on the High Tech Team in December 2022.

Dinesh has over 17 years of professional experience in engineering analysis and simulation in High Tech, Aerospace and Medical devices industries. He is a Director, Industry Process Consultants at Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA Cop focusing on technical sales and advanced simulation methods development. Dinesh received his MS and Ph. D in Engineering Mechanics from Case Western Reserve University. He graduated with a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India.
