Day 1 | Electrical & Electronics Architecture
Connect E/E&S Architecture to the 3D Product Definition

November 10, 2026 - 8:00am EST

Explore how the integration of Electrical, Electronics and Software (E/E&S) architectures can help manage product complexity and enable collaboration across engineering teams.

Using the CATIA Magic Systems Electrical/Electronics & Software (EE&S) Architect Plug-in, attendees will explore how Hardware, Software and Network Communication viewpoints can be synthesized to convey design intent to discipline-specific implementation engineers. The session will demonstrate an MBSE approach for developing optimized architectural proposals and ensuring implementations meet customer requirements.

Attendees will also develop the Physical layer of the System Model aligned with the authoritative 3D End-Item definition in 3DEXPERIENCE, creating Signals based on the E&E Architectural Topology. These Signals establish the foundation for 3D Signal Topology and harness definition, including Signals connected to the Air Data Computer used throughout the following sessions.

What you will experience:

  • Develop E/E&S architectures using an MBSE approach
  • Synthesize Hardware, Software and Network Communication viewpoints
  • Develop Signals and the System Model Physical layer
  • Connect system architecture to the authoritative 3D product definition

The value: Manage E/E&S complexity, improve multidisciplinary collaboration and maintain engineering intent from architecture through implementation.
