Josefina is a solution manager responsible for after-sales service software solutions within the Industrial Equipment industry at Dassault Systèmes. Josefina is also co-driving the sustainability initiative within her industry. Her passion towards new business models is strongly linked to her “product-in-use” background. Prior to Dassault Systèmes Josefina was working as a software product owner for an aircraft manufacturer, leading the digital transformation towards model-based service.
“What was before one-time-sales of equipment is now becoming Equipment-as-a-Service. What was before called after-sales is now becoming continuous sales. What was before called ownership is now becoming usership and what was before called end-of-product-life is now becoming circular innovation. This thanks to the industry renaissance and the rise of new business models. Business models adapted to the recent change in the human behavior and the sense of taking more responsibility of how we buy and consume things in our daily lives.” Says Josefina.
