Mauro is the current Chief Executive Officer of GEOVIA, a Dassault Systèmes brand that delivers digital solutions at the intersection of natural resources, infrastructure and cities & territories. GEOVIA empowers a diverse community of geoscientists, earth engineers, and geospatial specialists with the insights and information they need to make well-informed decisions that balance economic, environmental, and social priorities, ensuring the responsible use and development of the Earth's resources.
With nearly 30 years of international experience in business leadership and operations, Mauro has held several key management and executive roles before becoming GEOVIA CEO. He previously served seven years at Schneider Electric and two decades at Rockwell Automation.
Mauro's disciplined, strategic approach to planning has consistently led his teams to success while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment across business units. He holds a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Niagara College in Canada and is an alumnus of the prestigious INSEAD business school. A self-described technology enthusiast, Mauro is passionate about how innovation shapes industries.

Michelle ASH is the CEO of SIMULIA and a dynamic, engaging, and goal-oriented senior executive who specializes in transformational roles, including business model reorientation, strategy development, implementation, and cultural change. She is passionate about transforming organizations facing challenges such as rapid change and disruption, helping them reach their full potential. She is also a relationship builder and values enabling stakeholders to succeed.
In the past, Michelle has held key positions at BHP, as Vice President of Strategy for Growth, and at Barrick Gold as CIO, where she developed her passion for science, technology, and digital innovation. She also served as COO at Acacia Mining.
She currently participates as a board member of several organizations, including Aura, NAtBridge Resources, Railveyor, Magnium, and StratumAI.
She earned a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 1992 and holds Graduate Diplomas in both Business and Economics, as well as an EMBA. Michelle is also very familiar with Dassault Systèmes; she served as GEOVIA CEO and Infrastructure Industry Segment Executive from 2019 to 2022.
