Mats is the founder and CEO of Kairos Future. He has extensive experience as a researcher and consultant within management and strategy as well as foresight and innovation. He has published a dozen books and held several thousand international lectures. Mats has a doctorate in Business Administration from Henley Management College / Brunel University in England and a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from KTH and human services from the United States. The doctoral thesis was about strategy related factors for success in turbulent business environments and was based on an international survey. Mats is also a certified management consultant.
