We will discuss the enhancements in 2024, featuring new AI models for protein structure prediction and protein design. Earlier this year, AlphaFold2 and OpenFold, and more recently, RFDiffusion and the ProteinMPNN family of models have joined the long-established physics-based solvers and simulation tools in Discovery Studio Simulation. In addition, we now offer a new paratope prediction algorithm, a diverse pharmacophore generation method and enhancements to explicit membrane modelling to our users. We will also show how our users can build and share their own machine learning and 3D models with democratized team members to accelerate small molecule drug discovery.
Finally, we will briefly discuss the new features available in Discovery Studio 2025 on-prem version.
