She has a unique career story, which allows her to bring real-life technical experience to her current position. She began her career on as a shop floor machine operator, where she discovered her passion for engineering. Her career progressed from there to take on more challenging roles related to engineering and manufacturing, before she accepted a position with Dassault Systèmes.
Over the past 15 years at Dassault Systemes, Tonya has held multiple key roles within the brand and industry sales and services organizations.
Tonya also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management.

Enrico SCHARLOCK is an Aerospace & Defense Solution Experience Senior Director for Dassault Systèmes since 2017, SCHARLOCK provides leadership and strategic direction for the company’s Aerospace and Defense End2End 3DExperience solutions focused on manufacturing and aftermarket. Working with our global customer base, SCHARLOCK focuses on addressing customers’ challenges in these domains.
Previous to his current role, SCHARLOCK spent five years in Seattle as the Boeing Manufacturing Solution Architect. With Dassault Systems since 2001, SCHARLOCK held multiple roles in process planning and manufacturing including five years as the Process Planning Team lead and Senior Consultant for Aerospace in Japan and projects working for Airbus and others.
SCHARLOCK earned Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Science Engineering from University of Applied Science, Germany.
