The Living Heart Project began in 2014 by uniting experts with a common goal to build a virtual twin of the heart. Its success inspired the Living Brain, Living Lungs and now the Living Liver.
Over the past 8 years, the Dassault Systèmes Living Heart Project ecosystem has grown to be the largest in the world focused on creating a digital twin of the human. This event gathered experts across all biomedical, pharmaceutical and medical disciplines to share progress and challenges as well as plan the future for creating the virtual twins for a healthier world.
In addition to continuation of the Living heart, brain and lung developments, the Living Liver Project kicked off, led through a 1st of a kind Center of Excellence for Digital Health created in partnership with Long Island University.
