Stephen ADAMS is a Senior Director of Global Counsel and an expert in supply chains. Stephen has almost twenty years of experience in European and British public policy and regulation, chiefly in the field of trade policy, cross-border financial services policy, and European integration.
He has advised senior politicians and policymakers in roles in the European Parliament, European Commission, and Whitehall, with a focus on trade and cross-border economic policy. He has also been an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs International, based in London.
Stephen is an Honorary Fellow in the Department of Political Science at University College London where he teaches international political economy and provides professional training for international trade negotiators.
Jose GARCIA-URRUCHI, Head of Digital Engineering Capability, has been working at Jaguar Land Rover since 2018. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and started his professional career in Rolls-Royce plc. where he stayed for 17 years. During his early career in Rolls-Royce Jose worked as a CAD/CAE analyst in a number of projects including the Lockheed Martin F35-Lighting II, Boeing Dreamliner’s Trent 1000 engine and Airbus A350 Trent XWB engine. Later on Jose became the Global Chief of Design Technology where he led the effort to digitise Engineering. Jose is now responsible for the modernisation of the engineering toolset across Jaguar Land Rover where he can bring his expertise from the aerospace industry.
Koen JACOBS joined Quintiq in January 2011 and Dassault Systemes in 2014 as part of the Quintiq acquisition. In the past 9.5 years, Koen has been a key driver in supply chain and operations transformation programs with customers in EMEA and NAM in various industries (Aerospace & Defence, Transportation & Mobility, Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail, Metals, Airlines / Airports).
Behnam HEIDARI is Head of Supply Chain in SANOFI for UK & Ireland and is part of senior leadership team. Behnam has had various roles and responsibilities in SANOFI, including Trade & Revenue management and Industrial Projects lead.
Behnam has extensive experience in advanced and complex route to market models in different geographies.
He holds PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Executive MBA.
