    Zhang Ying was appointed as the new Managing Director responsible for the Greater China geography of Dassault Systèmes since Jan 1, 2016. Zhang Ying is responsible for strategy development and implementation, as well as all operations in the Greater China geography including channels, brands and industry services.
    Zhang Ying has over 30 years of technology and experience of software industry and a wealth of experience for the business management and development of science and technology enterprises in China and Asia Pacific.

    Prior to Dassault Systèmes, he worked more than 17 years in Hewlett Packard and has taken the positions of General Manager of Enterprise Storage, Server & Network Hewlett Packard China and General Manager of Business Critical System, Network Hewlett Asia Pacific & Japan. He has successfully promoted the information solutions in the application of the new industries such as manufacturing, finance, and telecommunications. Going further back, he has worked more than 4 years in Wincor Nixdorf as the Managing Director of China. Mr. Zhang owns a master's degree in computer science.

    Patrick MICHEL was appointed Vice President, DELMIA Industry Solutions & Marketing in 2005. Patrick joined Dassault Systèmes in 1996 after graduating in Electrical Engineering at the University of Grenoble in France and having completed a Master’s of Engineering at the Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College. He started his career in the CATIA V4 Industrialization department quickly taking responsibility for the Industrialization of the PLM products in particular ENOVIAvpm and CATIA V4/V5. 

    After three years at Dassault Systèmes, Patrick took on the challenging two year assignment as executive technical assistant to Bernard CHARLES, CEO and President. 

    In 2002 Patrick was appointed R&D Director for CATIA and SmarTeam PLM Solutions, defining and bringing to market Dassault Systèmes PLM Solutions for the Small and Medium size companies. 

    In his current position he leads the Industry Solutions & Marketing organization for DELMIA Digital Manufacturing, defining solutions for the different industries including automotive, aerospace & shipbuilding industries.

    Bjarke Rollmann has a long career focusing on the topic of operator instructions for the shop floor. Before joining Dassault Systèmes Bjarke worked with small software companies developing work instruction solutions for discrete manufacturing companies. At Dassault Systèmes Bjarke was the lead architect behind the highly successful “DELMIA Work Instruction Composer” solution, which has been successfully sold to major aerospace companies throughout the world. In addition he is a Senior Application Engineer and has also managed the DELMIA Technical Sales team. Currently he is responsible for the Aerospace & Defense industry from a DELMIA brand point of view. Bjarke holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing and System Engineering from Iowa State University at Ames, Iowa, USA.

In 2010, still in Alstom Transport, Guillaume entered the Manufacturing world as VP industrial.     Rob van Egmond has always been something of a futurist. Back in ’95, he developed consumer route optimization software, the first of its kind in the Netherlands, long before Google Maps. He then moved on to develop cutting-edge analytics software that provided insights to broadcasters and publishers in order to optimize advertising revenues.
    Common throughout Rob’s career is the focus on making sophisticated technology (and math) useful to the business world. For his first 12 years with Quintiq, he ran some of the largest European business units, eventually becoming vice president of EMEA. Over the years, Rob has been instrumental in closing key deals, opening new markets and identifying valuable growth potential for our customers. He set up Quintiq Australia & New Zealand, one of the company’s best performing business units.
    In Rob’s role as Quintiq chief technology officer in 2015, he continued to look to the future, making sure that Quintiq technology would remain at the cutting edge in the long term. He worked closely with R&D to unlock the transformative power of supply chain planning and optimization. Rob typically spent 50% of his time talking to customers and prospects. In this way, he kept himself and his team of technologists grounded in reality and in touch with the needs of our customers.
    In 2016, Rob took over as CEO from founder Victor Allis. In this role, Rob has his eye on more distant horizons. His five-year plan builds on the company’s strengths in the areas of supply chain analytics, optimization and the cognitive supply chain. With the support of his newly formed board, Rob is steering Quintiq towards a bright future.
    Rob holds a master’s degree in operations research from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He splits his time between the two Quintiq headquarters ― Radnor, Pennsylvania and ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.

    Morgan Zimmermann joined EXALEAD in 2006 as Director of Strategy, Sales & Business Development. He took part to the international development of the brand in Asia, Europe and the United States and was appointed CEO in 2015. Originally, EXALEAD supported major accounts on the use of web technologies as a vehicle for transforming transactional information systems.

     

    Since the acquisition of EXALEAD by Dassault Systèmes in 2010, Morgan Zimmermann has rebuilt EXALEAD's product portfolio to accelerate value creation across the 12 industries served by Dassault Systèmes to:

    • Transform knowledge of engineering and purchasing into performance and cost reduction levers
    • Transform the implicit know-how (working methods, processes) of engineering and manufacturing into levers of operational excellence
    • Exploit the data generated by consumers/end users to support clients’ digital transformation

     

    In 2018, Morgan Zimmermann was named CEO of NETVIBES EXALEAD in order to leverage the NETVIBES ability to provide in-context insight from the market and industry into all enterprise business processes. Prior to joining EXALEAD, Morgan Zimmermann led the business development of Cril Telecom Software, a software publisher in global mobile networks.

    Jean-Marc Cauzac was appointed DELMIA Portfolio Management Expert in 2012. Jean-Marc joined Dassault Systèmes in 1988 after graduating in Manufacturing Engineering at SUPMECA (Superior Engineering Institute of Paris). He started his career in the Machining R&D department by developing CATIA V4 NC Solutions. 

    Jean-Marc has over 15 years of experience in Machining business development from developing the Go To Market strategy as well as the solution content to best meet industry challenges. 

    In his current position he leads, in the Brand DELMIA, the Fabrication domains including Machining and more recently Additive Manufacturing, defining the content & packaging of these applications, as well as their deployments to ensure customer satisfaction and success of their Manufacturing projects.

    Yong Siew Mee joined Quintiq’s marketing team in 2010 and currently she is the VP of global marketing. With her background in crafting digital user experiences she led the revamp of the digital marketing process and established a marketing shared services center supporting Quintiq’s global marketing operations. This helped establish Quintiq as a brand and supported its growth of at least 27% y-o-y.  

    Siew Mee has over 10 years’ experience in the software and technology industries. She started her career as a researcher in computer networks and later as a senior researcher with BT (British Telecom). At her time in BT, she gained valuable exposure to digital experiences, software development, and project management - skills she applies every day in her role today. 

    Siew Mee led the growth of digital marketing, which is now the number-one lead source for Quintiq, contributing nearly 60% of total leads for the company. She started her career in usability at BT in 2009 when she became the first Malaysian certified usability specialist. She was instrumental in introducing user-centered design methodologies into software development and continues to evangelize the importance of user experience in marketing for Quintiq. 

    Siew Mee is a certified project manager and user experience professional with an MSc in telecommunications engineering from University College London. She holds marketing certifications from the University of Southern California and the University of California on strategic marketing and brand management respectively.

    - Masa Group, worldwide leader for simulation and serious games solutions for defense and security agencies.

    He has also served as Board Member and Advisor for: 
    - craft.ai, an Artificial Intelligence company allowing for the personalization of user experience and for the intelligent automation of IoT applications.
    - Nexess, providing industrial IoT solutions to improve supply chain, manufacturing operation and maintenance processes for aerospace and nuclear industries.

    He started his career in telecom networks with Thales before moving into IT system integration and management consulting for Gemini Consulting and Accenture.

    Olivier Ribet joined Dassault Systèmes in September 2013 as Vice President, High-Tech Industry.

    In this position, he is responsible for helping high-tech companies worldwide adapt to fast-paced market trends and deliver innovative electronic experiences for their 
    end-customers by using Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to transform their business processes.  

    He is also driving the impact of the company’s High-Tech Industry on sustainable innovation in multiple industries through smart products and systems, embedded electronics and software, and IT and communications infrastructures that support cloud transformation.

    Olivier Ribet brings over 20 years of international experience in the software, high-tech and telecom markets to Dassault Systèmes.  During his career, he has led businesses and teams across Europe, North America and Asia in strategy, marketing, and business development.
    Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Olivier Ribet spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he held senior management positions including Head of Mobile Business France and later Senior Director, Windows Business Division.  While at Microsoft, he was part of a team that was granted a patent for a method of extracting key terms in text mining.  Before this, he worked in a number of senior-level sales, marketing and business development capacities at Bull EMEA Information Systems (a ATOS company)  and EDF (Electricité de France).

    Olivier Ribet is a graduate of the Institute des Etudes Politiques in Bordeaux, France, and completed courses in finance, marketing and business strategy at INSEAD.

    Emmanuel Wijas brings more than 15 years of experience in Industrial activities including more than 10 years in Airbus Group.

    He has worked mainly on company transformation activities taking the lead of disruption projects.

    For the last 3 years, he has leaded the setup of Manufacturing Operation Management System for Airbus helicopters from early concepts to deployments.

    Prior to this role, he was involded in industrial process update linked to ERP & PLM setup.

    Eric Green brings 26 years of manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise software experience to Dassault Systèmes in his role of managing DELMIA Digital Production Operations industry, marketing and business development.  Under his leadership at Apriso Corporation, marketing, industry and solution development significantly contributed to Apriso’s 34% compounded annual growth, leading to Dassault Systèmes acquiring Apriso.  Prior to Apriso, Eric held management positions across Sales and Marketing to support triple digit growth at i2 Technologies Inc., a recognized leader of Supply Chain Management software. Eric previously held Supply Chain Program management positions at PepsiCo, a world leader in convenient snacks, foods and beverages, and Operations management positions at General Motors supplier JCT. 

    Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas and his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University with a concentration of Finance and Information Technology.

    Moundir Rachidi is head of The Boston Consulting Group’s Operations Center for France and affiliated offices. He is a member of the firm’s Industrial Goods, Consumer, and Energy practices.

    Moundir is a worldwide expert in operations management and a coach to multiple operations executives. He has extensive experience on issues of supply chain management, manufacturing, and operations change management.

    Since Moundir joined BCG in 2010, he has focused on enabling clients—particularly operations managers—in a variety of functional areas. He has also led numerous operations transformations and implemented the lean approach in multiple industrial sectors.

    Before joining BCG, Moundir’s 15 years of experience included senior management positions in operations, most recently at Toyota as head of operations at a large plant in Europe. He previously worked for Bertelsmann Arvato Services as operations director for Europe and for Whirlpool as a supply chain and procurement manager at plant and European headquarters.

    Moundir is an integral part of BCG’s Operations Center in Paris, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.

    After graduating in Mechanical Engineering Milos ZUPANSKI has spent years working with companies like Airbus, Toyota, Volkswagen, Lockheed Martin, etc. on improving their product development processes by introducing and defining how MCAD, CAM and PLM solutions fit their business and cultural needs.

    In 2002 Milos moved to Japan where he has spent few years working with leading Japanese companies on innovative methodologies like Drawingless Manufacturing, Design for Manufacturing, etc.

    Working with more than 100 companies worldwide during his carrier, helped Milos understand the diverse practices, objectives and needs that organizations and design teams have, and how to satisfy them. Armed with deep industry knowledge he was one of the first people to try to bring Social Networks methodology to the product development world. In 2007, with couple of friends, he started a small venture built around social networking aspects of the engineering behavior during the product development.

    In this role, Darko has been involved in implementation projects at foremost DELMIA automotive customers like Audi, Daimler, Honda, Jaguar Land Rover, PSA, Renault Scania, Tata Motors, Toyota and Volvo. In addition to automotive industry, Darko has been involved in implementation projects at DELMIA Aerospace customers like Airbus, Boeing, Dassault Aviation, Embraer and SAAB Aerospace among others.
