Renee Pasman, Director Integrated Systems, Skunk Works - Lockheed Martin

Renee Pasman is Director of Integrated Systems for Advanced Development Programs (ADP), also known as the Skunk Works®, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. In this capacity, she leads strategy development, portfolio management and oversees a tri-site team focused on the execution of a variety of classified programs, reporting to Jeff Babione. She was named to this position in August 2017.

Previously, Ms. Pasman was the Director of Mission Systems Roadmaps, responsible for the capture strategy and execution for multiple inter-related projects in Open System Architecture, Cyber, Data Links, Air-Space Integration, and Electronic Warfare. She was also tasked with driving Mission Systems collaboration across Lockheed Martin and the customer community.

Prior to that, she served as the Software Systems Senior Manager and Open Systems Architecture Roadmap Lead for ADP. In this role, she was responsible for several large programs while also serving as the functional manager for nine managers and more than 275 engineers. An important component of this assignment was serving as the primary interface to the customer on all ADP Open System Architecture and Software Systems projects.

Throughout her career, Ms. Pasman has supported a variety of stretch and special assignments to grow her skill set and leadership ability. She supported the Skunk Works Conceptual Design team on a variety of classified and unclassified projects and program capture efforts. Additionally, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Skunk Works. In this capacity, she expanded her expertise in the management of new business funds, employee engagement, strategy development, and shaping outcomes on behalf of the ADP organization. 

Ms. Pasman graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering. She also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts.

Ms. Pasman is active in the community supporting STEM and veterans/military causes.
