Daniel NIMMO has over 25 years of experience in Energy and Management Information Systems and Management Practices throughout Asia Pacific. He has led change management initiatives through innovative thinking and creative use of information technology linked to sound business principles and practices.
Daniel has held senior executive roles in world leading technology corporations, Oracle and SAP. Over a period of 15 years as a Senior Vice President of Resource Industries and Chief Customer Officer for APJ, he has assisted many leading resources companies in the creation, orchestration and delivery of transformation programs that leverage technology to deliver continuous value improvements across their operations.
Some of Daniel’s notable projects include transformation and modernisation of metals processing in Korea and China with Posco and BOA Steel; transformation of processes, practices and systems to support the deregulation of Japan’s utilities sector; development and deployment of integrated design, scheduling and planning processes to accelerate “time from Design to Build” at leading shipbuilders like Samsung and Daewoo.
