    Zhang Ying was appointed as the new Managing Director responsible for the Greater China geography of Dassault Systèmes since Jan 1, 2016. Zhang Ying is responsible for strategy development and implementation, as well as all operations in the Greater China geography including channels, brands and industry services.
    Zhang Ying has over 30 years of technology and experience of software industry and a wealth of experience for the business management and development of science and technology enterprises in China and Asia Pacific.

    Prior to Dassault Systèmes, he worked more than 17 years in Hewlett Packard and has taken the positions of General Manager of Enterprise Storage, Server & Network Hewlett Packard China and General Manager of Business Critical System, Network Hewlett Asia Pacific & Japan. He has successfully promoted the information solutions in the application of the new industries such as manufacturing, finance, and telecommunications. Going further back, he has worked more than 4 years in Wincor Nixdorf as the Managing Director of China. Mr. Zhang owns a master's degree in computer science.

    Sylvain Laurent was appointed Executive Vice President, 3DS Business Transformation (BT) of Dassault Systèmes in April 2011.

    In this position, he is responsible for sales to large accounts, as well as for 3DS solutions and services worldwide. He is also a member of the executive committee.

    Mr. Laurent joined Dassault Systèmes in 2008 as head of BT Sales in Europe with a solid experience in large accounts management. He has been instrumental in enabling Dassault Systèmes to pursue the transformation of its “go-to-market” strategy.

    Mr. Laurent has more than 25 years of experience in PLM domain, having worked previously at Siemens PLM Software and IBM PLM, as well as having created a PLM Consulting and System integration company.

    Experience:

    Graduated in the major of civic engineering from National Cheng Gong University and master of mechanical engineering from National Chung Hsing University. Tom was the NC programmer of NCSIST in 1985. After the Air Force Aviation Industry development Center has restructured into Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) in 1996, Tom has served as NC programming manager, deputy head of production engineering group, deputy head of manufacturing group, head of manufacturing group and now the deputy director of production department. Tom is now responsible for promoting the intelligent manufacturing of the production department, establishing ROBOT energy, introducing COBOT and AGV etc, and preparing a complete line of intelligent production lines for composite materials.

    CATIA experience:

    Tom has been a loyal user of CATIA since using CATIA V2 for designing triaxle NC programs in 1986. He had lately implemented the DELMIA assembly analog verification system to improve the assembly process planning energy and shorten the lead time of FAI assembly.

    Huang joined the firm in 2008 and is currently a senior partner; he has participated in several high-profile projects in China and Taiwan, especially in cultural, commercial and transportation infrastructure design projects. Huang Wei is the project architect of the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Center; this is a super high-rise comprehensive development project with a building area of ​​473,010 square meters. He worked closely with Cristiano Ceccato, head of the Aviation Programs Department of the firm, as a project architect to participate in design competitions for Beijing Daxing Airport, Dalian New Airport, Chengdu New Airport and Mumbai New Airport in India. At the same time, Huang Wei is the project architect of Taiwan's Tamkang Bridge. The Tamkang Bridge is the largest asymmetric diagonal bridge in the world.

    Mr. Hao WU serves as General Manager of Epic Games Greater China. Possessing over 16 years’ experience, Hao WU has been in charge of licensing business of Unreal Engine in the Greater China and Southeast Asia regions since the era of Unreal Engine 2 and Unreal Engine 3. In 2015, Epic Games established its wholly-owned subsidiary in China. Under Hao WU’s leadership, Epic Games China's newly-formed licensing, Technical Support, and Marketing team have introduced the increasingly improved Unreal Engine to more content developers. Over 100 companies in Greater China and Southeast Asia have signed commercial licenses with Epic Games China to date and more than 100 games have been developed through Unreal Engine and launched into the market. Meanwhile, a growing number of independent developers and small to medium sized teams have started utilizing Unreal Engine for their projects.

    Besides, the Unreal Engine Community has flourished quickly, with the number of Chinese users growing to leading position worldwide.
