    Hiroyuki Takeshita is responsible for defining Industry Solution Experience for ‘Optimized Plant Construction’ in global Energy, Process & Utilities Industry team in DS.  Since 2012 besides defining the Solution Experience he has been involved in or supporting projects worldwide, and incorporating the experience into the Solution Experience.

    He joined Dassault Systemes in 2008. As an Industry Consultant and also Solution Specialist, he has been involved in different projects in Energy, Process & Utilities Industry, Ship Building Industry and Construction Industry.

    Before joining Dassault Systemes, he worked in an EPC firm in Japan.  He started his career as a mechanical engineer and involved mainly in middle east projects, and moved to engineering IT domain afterward where he specialized engineering data base and experienced some plant engineering software vendors’ products. 

    Hiroyuki Takeshita graduated with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1997, and he is certified for a P.E.Jp (Professional Engineer in Japan, Information System & Data Engineering) and also PMP (Project Management Professional).

    Konno is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing overall performance of the company in the region.
    This includes driving profitability and ensuring operational efficiency.

    He officially took on the role in 2016 and, currently, leads a team of 600 staff across the region. Prior to taking on the current appointment, Konno was Vice President, Asia, at BIOVA, Dassault Systèmes.

    He joined Dassault Systèmes when the company he was working for Accerlrys was acquired in 2014. At Accerlrys, he grew the business by almost four fold to USD40 million and transformed the sales approach from being primarily product based to solution based over an 11-year period.

    Parilusyan held several instrumental positions in enterprise sales management and business transformation in the Aerospace, Transportation and Automotive industries at ComputerVision, EADS and SIEMENS prior to joining Dassault Systèmes in 2010. He also leveraged his business consulting and services experience to deliver complex business solutions as the Automotive Business Solutions leader at IBM Business Consulting Services, covering the EMEA region. 

    Since 2015, Parilusyan’s in-depth knowledge on addressing cities challenges was exemplified by his interactions for the Virtual Singapore project on 3DEXPERIENCity© platform and has developed many innovative solutions in sustainability and mobility for governments and enterprises.     Dr. (H.C). Ir. Tri Rismaharini, M.T..is the current Mayor of Surabaya. Popularly known as Risma, she is both the first directly-elected and first female mayor in the city's history.

    She earned a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a master's degree in Urban Development Management from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya. She was awarded a doctoral degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in 2015.

    She began her career as a public servant at Surabaya. Before being elected as Mayor, she served as government employee in Surabaya City Government for more than 20 years. She was the Head of Surabaya Program Controlling Division and later she became the Head of Surabaya Landscape and Cleanliness Department.

    When Tri Rismaharini was first elected Mayor in 2010, Surabaya, although rich in history, was a city neglected by successive governments. It was then described as a concrete dumb. Mayor Risma’s policy has been to make the most of empty land and open spaces. There are now eleven major parks in Surabaya, all with different themes. Many parks also provide Wi-Fi access and include libraries, fitness and other sports facilities. The most prominent is the transformation of Bungkul Park, which has been recognized as the cross-culturally public-engaged park in Southeast Asia.

    During her tenure, Surabaya has won a number of awards including the ASEAN Environmentally Sustainable City Award 2012 and the Adipura Kencana, the highest environmental awards in Indonesia. Mayor Risma was named as one of the 10 most inspiring women 2013 by Forbes Indonesia. She was also recently named one of the world’s 50 greatest leaders by Fortune magazine and was one of the top mayors listed last year by the City Mayors Foundation, an urban research institute. March 2016, she was awarded Ideal Mother Award 2016, at Cairo University, given by Islamic Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO).

    Andi Alisjahbana has 29 years of working experiences in the aircraft industry especially in the area of Aircraft Structure and System Design Engineering and Project Management

    He has varied and broad engineering responsibility as Design Group leader to Responsible engineer for the whole aircraft system and propulsion design and eventually to Chief Engineer of an aircraft program. He has strong experience in various form of involvement in leading international level projects to leading  very large-scale design group of 900 designer and engineer.

    He was involved in various aircraft programs such as Boeing 737-300/400, Boeing 757-200 , N250-100, N2130, C212 and CN 235 projects in various level of Design leading role responsibility.
    These projects have been very innovative in pursuing technical solution, which includes many first time application in IAe or aircraft industry as a whole.  The technical solution developed in the various program have been very influential in improving the technical standard and quality of the product.  The design developed have been flown in many different aircraft, including 600+ Boeing 737-300/400 aircraft built after 1994.

    Mr. Murjatmodjo served as the Director of the Air Transport Directorate General of Civil Aviation from 2012 to 2015, Sub Director of Development & Business Development of Air Transport Directorate - Air Transport Directorate General of Civil Aviation from 2002 to 2012, Head of Data Collection and Processing Directorate General of Civil Aviation from 1999 to 2002 and Head of Analysis and Evaluation of the Transportation Directorate General of Air from 1992 to 1999. He served as Commissioner of GMF AeroAsia, PT since September 2013.

    Mr. Murjatmodjo held several positions in Directorate of Air Transportation such as Head Sub-Directorate of Air Transport Business Development, Head of Finance, and Runway Technician. He started his career as an Engineering Officer in the Directorate of the airport from 1983 to 1992 and was sworn in as Chief Analyst and Evaluation - DGCA from 1992 to 1999 and Head of Data Collection and Process - DGCA from 1999 to 2002. He also served as Deputy Director of Airport Business and Development from 2002 to 2007 and Deputy Director of Air Transport Business and Development from 2007 to 2012 in the Directorate of Air Transport.

    He served as the board of commissioners of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility since September 2013.

    He serves as Director of Air Transportation. He serves as a Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Mr. Murjatmodjo held Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.

    Mr. Setiaji is the Head of the Jakarta Smart City Management Unit, which works under the Communications, Information and Statistics Department of the Jakarta Capital City Government.

    His unit provides updated information about Jakarta through the official portals jakarta.go.id and smartcity.jakarta.go.id. He also built the Jakarta Smart City team and developed the Jakarta Smart City Lounge facility.

    During his administration, the unit developed several programs and initiatives such as the citizen Relation Management to aggregate citizen aspirations through several digital channels, a Big Data Project to gather and analyse data to help policymaking, and KAKI5JKT to collect information about government-organized street food vendors and share on digital platforms.

    Through Setiaji’s leadership, Jakarta Smart City has received several international and national awards, such as the GovInsider Innovation Awards 2016 Best Team Under 35, Top 99 Innovations for Public Service 2016, and the Silver Award for the Open City Category for the third WeGo Smart Sustainable Award 2017. Setiaji was also awarded Marketer of The Year for Government Sectoral 2016.

    Mr. Mohammad Ramdhan Pomanto is an architect who graduated from Hasanuddin University, Makassar. 

    He began his career as a lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering of Hasanuddin University and started his own architectural firm. He has produced 651 architectural and urban designs and worked for 71 cities and regencies in Indonesia.

    In running the government, Mayor Pomanto has used the "touch of heart" principle, where the head of villages meet directly with citizens, listens to complaints, and delivers programs to encourage public engagement, such as laneway revitalization (green laneways) and waste management.

    Under his leadership, Makassar City has reached the highest economic growth rate in Indonesia and Public Community Happiness Index increase significantly (75.21%). For Mayor Pomanto, the successful leadership and development of a city is determined by how many citizens and communities are involved.

Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) Indonesia in 1986 and holds Dr. of Engineering from Graduate School of Information System the University of Electro-Communication Tokyo Japan in 1998.
    From 1998-2002, he was secretary of Electrical Engineering Department Bandung Institute of Technology.  During 2002-2006, he was coordinator program on Graduate School of Information Technology in ITB.

    2003-2009 Prof Suhono was assigned as a Chairman of Business Incubator Center at ITB.

    Since 2010, the center was extended become  Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurships Development and Suhono was a Chairman.

    Since 2000 he has been assisting some Government activities and industries, especially on Regulations and IT Governance.

    From 2007 till 2009 he was appointed as Special Advisor to the Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Republic of Indonesia.

He is also active in consulting services in the Asia Pacific region including Middle East. Dr. Rusydi was a successful stock market trader and a financial planner in Melbourne and Brisbane. He is also Director of GMA.
